1.   The private boat launching area is for the exclusive use of CBHA members in good standing only. 

2.   Members using the boat launching facilities must lease a gate key from the Marina Trustee.  One key per membership will be issued.  Keys shall not be loaned.  Misuse of a key shall result in the loss of privileges.  Boats may not be moored at floats at the launch area except during the period of launching or trailering the member’s boat. 

3.   Small skiffs or boats shall be stored only in the open rental racks provided.  All other space in the boat launch area is to be kept clear at all times.
