Currently Leasing Marina Slips, Boat Racks, and Keys |
| All accounts must be brought current by
March 15 of every year.
Marina billing will not be sent to lessees
who are not current, and their slips an/or boat racks will be
offered to the next member on the waiting list. New Launch
Keys will not be issued unless all accounts are current.
Our policy is to keep the marina available to members in good
standing and not wait until May 1st to collect past due
accounts.

Rules and Regulations For 2008
General and Administrative Provisions
Marina
"DEFINITIONS"
"Marina" shall mean the
Carlyon Beach Homeowner's Association Inc., “A” and “B” docks,
breakwaters, dry storage racks, launching ramp area and access keys for
docks and launching.
"Moorage" shall mean a
designated position where watercraft may moor.
"Owner" means the person
who has lawful possession of a vessel or watercraft by virtue of legal
title or equitable interest therein which entitles him/her to such
possession, including all members of his/her immediate family.
"Restricted Areas" shall
mean an area that has been in accordance with, and authorized by, the
By-Laws, Rules & Regulations of Carlyon Beach Homeowners Association,
Inc., to be used for, or closed to, certain designated purposes such as
fishing, swimming, skin diving and aquatic events and the method of
marking and designation of which shall have been made by the Marina
Trustee in accordance with the provisions of the By-Laws and the Rules &
Regulations.
To insure the safety and
enjoyment of all boat owners and to preserve our high quality
environment, the following Marina rules and Regulations have been
established.
